Mission

Ashley is a speech language pathologist and she has supported individuals with complex care and communication needs for her entire 16 year career. It has opened her eyes to the systemic barriers that face individuals with communication challenges.

Brittany is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in the medical and behavioral health fields.  She is also the big sister to siblings with disabilities who have fueled her compassion for the work she does. 

Sara is a seasoned user of AAC for over 20 years. Despite a traumatic birth leading to severe Cerebral Palsy, she thrived with the early support of medical professionals who championed her strengths. Her innovative educational journey provides her with a truly unique and valuable perspective.
